Guidelines for Services
Packages purchased before April 1, 2025, will expire
- Basic & Standard packages – June 30, 2025
- Deluxe packages – July 30, 2025
- Premium packages – October 30, 2025
All additional service fees incurred to post positions on any job boards are the responsibility of the firm and not of Atticus, Inc. You will be notified of these additional charges and must authorize them before we can proceed with the posting.
Returning clients will receive a 15% discount on new searches. Please reach out before purchasing your package online for this discount.
Guarantee of Service: When a candidate is hired through our process, if they leave your employment within 60 days of their start date, we will reopen the position and resume our search efforts at no additional cost to you.
Paused positions can be held for a maximum of 6 months, with a gentle reminder near the 3 month mark. Opening a paused ad incurs no admin fee within the first 3 months, followed by an admin fee of $500 in the 3-to-6-month period. After 6 months, the ad expires, and no refunds or credits will be issued. All ads that are changed to a new position will incur a $500 admin fee. Pay Admin Fee
Please Note: Build My Great Team does not offer refunds, as we cannot control all aspects of the hiring process—including candidate decisions or how your firm’s role and compensation are received in the market. For that reason, we are unable to guarantee a hire within a specific timeframe.
